I am a LA therapist with a background in the Entertainment Industry. I know your hopes, fears, disappointments and dreams because I have lived it from the inside.

I have a 20-year background as a coach of Olympic athletes and was a national champion myself. I understand high-pressure, highly-competitive environments and how to survive and thrive within them. I bring a sensibility to my work as a LA therapist developed from decades of experience working with people from a solution-focused therapy, positive perspective, in Los Angeles.

As a Los Angeles therapist, I take a depth perspective approach first, believing that change happens by looking at the underlying unconscious and subconscious processes at the root of emotional pain. Patterns which keep repeating in your life are examined and finally, if appropriate, behavioral tools are developed to help you manage issues on your own. Together, we answer the question of the “why” and then work on the “how.”

My MFTI# is 49373. I am a BBS registered intern therapist supervised by Betsy Spier, MFT #40162. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. I work with individuals, couples, children and adolescents in LA based Therapy.
